All PickMe fares are fixed and shown upfront before you book. There is no running meter — the price you see is the price you pay (excluding toll and state taxes).
The fare includes the base distance charge and driver allowance (betta). Toll, interstate permit charges and parking are extra and paid at actuals by the passenger.
Yes. For one way drop trips the minimum is 130 km, and for round trips the minimum is 250 km per day.
No extra night charges. The fare shown at booking is the same regardless of departure time.
You pay after the ride. No advance payment is required at the time of booking.
We offer two categories: Sedan (Dzire, Etios, Indigo — 4 seater, 2 bags) and MUV (Innova, Xylo, Enjoy — 7 seater, 4 bags). Both are AC vehicles.
No. All PickMe cabs are private bookings — the vehicle is exclusively for you and your group for the entire trip.
Yes, all our cabs are fully air-conditioned and sanitised before every trip.
Yes, we are happy to transport pets. A washing charge of ₹300 (Sedan) or ₹400 (MUV) applies to keep the vehicle clean for the next passenger.
Our vehicles are regularly maintained. In the rare event of a breakdown, we will arrange an alternate cab to your destination with minimal delay and ensure you reach comfortably.
Yes, you can cancel any time before the driver reaches your location at no charge. If you cancel after the driver has arrived, a cancellation fee of ₹300 applies.
We make every effort to ensure on-time pickups. If your driver is delayed, call us immediately on 89-4005-9005 and we will arrange an alternative vehicle at the earliest.
For one way drop trips, waiting charges are ₹120 per hour after the scheduled pickup time.
